Julia Wendell, woman who claims she is Madeleine McCann, receives DNA results

The Polish woman who made headlines after claiming that she was missing girl Madeleine McCann has reportedly received the DNA results.

Julia Wendell‘s claims have been denied by her own parents and now there is proof that she does not have British heritage. Instead, Radar Online has reported that results found that Wendell was from Poland.

“She is absolutely 100 percent from Poland,” Dr. Johansson told RadarOnline.com.

“She is a small percentage of Lithuanian and Russian but the test results show she is Polish.”

Madeleine has been missing since back in 2007. Her family hasn’t seen her since their holiday at Praia da Luz in Portugal when she was three years old.

Wendell’s claims

Meanwhile, Wendell has claimed that she has not memories of large parts of her childhood and stressed that she has not seen her birth certificate.

“I don’t remember most of my childhood but my earliest memory is very strong and it’s about holidays in a hot place where there is a beach and white or very light coloured buildings with apartments. I don’t see my family in this memory,” she noted in the past.

“I have asked for pictures of when my mum was pregnant with me, other medical records and any pictures from my childhood and she never shows them, she just always tells me I’m crazy.

“My school teacher when I was very young said that I wasn’t there from the start but my parents insist I was.

“After all this confusion I began to do my own research I discovered what had happened to Madeleine McCann and started to piece together the similarities we shared. It has been so stressful trying to get people to listen to me.”
